First of all, please dont judge. I recently noticed a smell of oil while driving and went to check if i could find any leaks. The oil filler cap is just not there. I must have not tightened it after filling the oil and now its missing. I need a new cap asap so how can i find one that fits? Are they interchangeable with other Toyota models? M101 and M300 oil caps arent easily available to order in my region. Best option is to find one at a scrap yard
Ought to be standard on any of the K3 engines I’d expect - so look for M1xx, M3xx, Terios, YRV in the scrap yard. The OEM part number is 1218097401, superceded by part 12180-B2020.
IF (and check this!) part number 12180-B2020 is compatible, then you can also find this part on Toyota Yaris, Aygo and multiple other more common vehicles. I cannot 100% confirm this though.

Of course! The JDM version of the M1xx Sirion is the Toyota Duet, follow the parts diagrams for that on Amayama and you’ll find most things. Be aware there are some differences, e.g. they have no concept of the Rally2/4 on there, but for the vast majority of parts you’re covered.
I have ordered loads of stuff from them too by the way, both for my Sirion and for my Lexus IS (one of my other cars) and Amayama have been top-notch for everything, and at least 50% cheaper than Toyota UK for the exact same parts, shipped from Japan within a week usually.
That’s a massive help! Im receiving my first order from amayama this week. There was a thread with part numbers for specific gear mechanism bushings I needed so I didnt have to look it up myself (yet). Sirion parts are quite difficult to find on popular parts shops online, so its been very useful so far.
What parts you need and which engine helps to find the parts. Shifter bushings are in Netherlands to come by from Former Daihatsu dealers. I still order from them
