What is a jack shaft?

I am strongly considering an lsd for my latest venture and a think @601to602 might know a solution…

I think I have read the viscous type Copen lsd will work with the K3 box but then am unsure what shaft to use as it’s in the L700, perhaps just the short L700 side?

There is no viscous type that im aware of. the copen uses an internal lsd they where available as an option or choose a dsport 1or 1.5 way. There is no need to change drive shafts.

Dsport part number is the same for copen cuore sirion 3 and 4cyl etc etc.

You guys never fail to amaze me with your knowledge and enviable parts stashes. I started out just trying to find out if there was a way to connect drive to my right wheel without a custom axle and now I find myself crusing the internet searching for LSDs and wondering if New Zealand has an equivalent to import monster.

It’s all dutch to me hehe

I’m seeing just the diff is that correct . Are they same ratio as a standard L200 diff ?

Just the jackshaft itself.
