Had to do a gearbox on a three cylinder triumph rocket three today. I took some pictures to show people how chunky this motor is. Tuff little 3cyl!
Massive crank, rods, Pistons and huge ports for a low revver.
The balance shaft is bigger than a Mira crank.
Thank god I had the forklift to lift out the motor.

That would be one heavy bike!
The net says it’s 350kg but it’s registered at 490kg…
It’s heavy as man. As u can see I used the forklift to drop the motor.
The crazy thing is it’s pretty stable and easy to balance. The weight is all setup pretty low.
In saying that, I’ll stick to my R1 thanks.
