For the record this print failed and unfortunately I had to change a few things.

This is version 19, and the 6th printed manifold. I am happy with this version. Time to make the plenum shape with the printer so I can copy it later with sheet metal.

I am having a new fuel tank made from 3 mm aluminium sheet. The new tank will be for EFI and I am hoping the fabricator can squeeze another 10 litres into it.

After what felt like 5 and a bit weeks long, the Emtron SL4 ecu has arrived. I have managed to put ecu the chassis, and allows room for future engines with more technology.

I think I did the head gasket, hence the return of Colan.

oh bugger on the headgasket but good that you have some gaskets with you for just such an occaison. :slight_smile: I am really excited to see this all come together.

Definitely the head gasket but low compression of the rings is also consuming engine oil, 3000 km and a one litre of engine oil missing.

Seeing as it will cost too much to go forged rods and pistons on the two cylinder. I’m pulling the engine out.
