Not bad for 43 (almost 44) years old.
I did a thing, it involved wires and hoses.
I fitted the M101 Sirion GTVi radiator to the Handivan. Video explains it all.
will watch soon and will comment on your vid on youtube
Replaced my bailey channels, and yesterday I removed the window regulator mechanism. I degreased and cleaned it out the best I could, and applied Lithium grease. There is some slight wear on the teeth (something that future Dale will have to amend) but reinstalled and it works well again.
I’m quite hesitant of uploading work and ideas, since I am so indecisive. I’m fairly certain this is the way forward now.
This is the most overkill on a cheap turbo ever. I ported the exhaust wastegate hole from 11 to 16 mm, there is plenty of overlap with the wastegate flap.
I bought this Turbosmart IWG75 off marketplace for $50, it needs a 5 psi spring.
couldn’t you adjust boost with a bleed valve?
You can easily adjust boost pressure upwards but not downwards, to my knowledge.
Correct.
The bleed valve is essentially stopping the spring being effective.
yeh that makes complete sense. I had a durr moment I guess. lol You bleed off air to increase psi so the gate stays closed.
