hello, i have an l500 1998 mira which has a mikuni carb but when i googled ‘mikuni’ it turned out to be a motorcycle carb brand?! so the question is, does this affect performance in any way? i bought it used(the car).

So you have the carburettor 6 valve engine? It’s either an EF 660cc or an ED 850cc.
If it is the single throat carburettor the it’s factory

yes it is an 0.85L 6v and yes it does have a single throat carb so is it factory?
