Hi, I heard an early model Suzuki Alto 660cc engine bolts up to the Hijet bell housing, is this correct. Looking for a transplant as cant find a cheap 549cc engine in New Zealand any where.
Hi, the biggest problem you’ll have is the HiJet engine is a slant engine and the Alto engine is upright.
Which engine does your HiJet have?
Just throwing ideas around! Does the sump from a hijet fit on an ejde. Because that would be good to see.
