Way too much time and money has gone Into this thing. But I have too many projects and not enough time.

Selling with no roadworthy for obvious reasons. It was registered for 6 months and was my daily for that time. But Would be perfect for someone with a large property.

Engine swapped with an EJ-DE out of a 2003 Daihatsu Sirion (1L Efi engine).

  • Full engine loom out of a sirion spliced with hijet. Retaining all engine control and factory hijet stuff.
  • Custom alloy intake manifold to fit under tray
  • Welded A/N fuel rail with FPR
  • New timing belt before it went in
  • Brand new Exedy clutch from japan
  • Gktech swirl pot for easier bleeding
  • Rear mounted 3-core radiator with Mishimoto fan
  • New modified in tank fuel pump with hanger out of a newer model hijet
  • New brake shoes front and rear, new brake master cylinder
  • Bare rear Chassis was stripped back and sprayed
    Interior was stripped down and painted. Sound deadening all throughout, carpeted floor, retrimmed seats, genuine Nardi steering wheel.

Cons

  • Currently in white primer,
  • 4 speed transmission Doesn’t like highway speeds (can import a 5 speed trans for around $700)
  • Breaks are squishy but they work. Not sure if this is how they are from factory or if it’s just not bled correctly.

Comes with heaps of spares including another gearbox and factory engine if you want it. Rear diff, front/rear glass and other misc parts.
