Goodday, everybody i am new on this platform and have a question.I have a Sirion2 and a Yrv turbo. And maybe you guess it i want to do a engine swap.Has anybody some expierence with this swap.

I was also planning one. Till I found out about the gearbox. Seems like the manual can’t deal with the forces produced bij de turbo. Even the auto gearbox breaks around the 200k mark.
So yes it is possible but you’ll spend a couple of thousands on gears etc to make the gearbox reliable.
But, maybe the manual wil hold on? If you have both why not make the yrv turbo a manual and see if it holds.
