Hi all, I just discovered what could be the problem with my Move. The long drive shaft inner cv splines are stripped at the snap ring, pretty sure the cup was worn out also as severe vibrations through the steering wheel were felt at times.
In any case, trying to find parts for this model is a challenge , would the 1.0 charade 83-87 inner cv fit for this model?
If not whats a good way to track parts down, needing front bearings also and rack ends too.
A lot of inner cv’s are interchangeable. I am not 100% sure about the charade. But mainly L200, L500, L600, L700, Copen, 3cyl sirion. With that being the case the charade you speak of has a similar style gearbox to the L700 and sirion. So there is a good chance it may work.
With needing other parts as well you may be better off contacting @NikMF and see what he can get for you from Malaysia. I only say this as I have no Idea what you can access from your country.
