I saw a Daihatsu handivan when I was about 13 and thought they were cool, at 39 I finally found one and I’m planning on a ED10 / EF build (if I can find the parts) or a EJ-DE build, the car will also eventually get a respray but that will be last I like the patina and I’m about to do a full paint restoration anyway, it will also get suspension mods and a few rally style mods to suit (think mini / escort).
the forum has already been tons of help finding engines not so fun.
