K3 Gino build. (Frasertag's car)

Ok so today I went to Canberra to pick up a pulsar (for pulsar cup) and when I got back I had nothing to do so…
I banged on the 13" centrelines

I soon found they were too wide so then I had to do this…

They bolt on with rivnuts. Can unbolt if need be.

Thoughts?
I think people are gonna really like them or really hate them.
Personally I like. :stuck_out_tongue:

Sorry. Me no like them at all.

It’s the pragmatist in me that says “some one forgot to put brake coolling holes in them”.

Did you get the Pulsar? If so, pics please. A mate up here has one, but there is no Qld series. We’e had it out at Lakeside against another Pulsar series car. I’ve got a Pulsar sedan at work that students use for their Cert in Automotive. It’s plausible that we could end up getting off the external training provider (as in they dump/leave it at our school) and go with a new cert provider that happens to race the Pulsar I was speaking of.

Haha. Yeah if you don’t like them then there gonna be ugly. My dad hates them. He said they look like they belong on an escort. Lol.
My pulsar is just a sss n15 2000 model.
Iv gotta strip it and cage it.
Here are some pix of my mates.

Your dad is 100% right. Perhaps he and I are of the same generation.

Nice cage alright.

Here’s the shortest video I took of Grieg’s Pulsar at the last Lakeside Sprint of 2017. I didn’t get many pics as I spent all day logging tire temp and pressures, and attending to the car. We are in the lead, the other, running behind, is in its LeMons Stormtrooper livery. This was the last session. Spent all day chasing it and when Grieg began to settle down, be less agressive and smooth things up he went quite a bit quicker and by the last of seven laps had pulled ten seconds on the Stormtrooper car.

I like them I usually dont but I think its the black that makes them look good. Mr G is right. They arn’t nick named brake cookers for no reason but for street/daily who cares and if you like them then thats all that matter’s

Centrelines don’t do it for me either. 13" looks pretty good though. Thought they’d be a bit too small, but they suit really well.

What size are they? Also the size of the bolt on flares?

175 60
Achilles
45 flares
I wasn’t a fan of the centre lines myself but they look quirky and kind of cool in real life.

What flares did you use? Do you have a link on where you got them?
