Brass radiators with copper cores are the easiest to adapt. If you could find one from an old Toyota Corolla or the like, they’re not difficult to adapt, since any changes will be simply soldered-in. Moving an outlet towards the opposite side would only require a hole saw. A brass or copper plate could be soldered onto the hole left from the former in-or outlet.
Of course, brass is heavy. So are automatic transmissions (mine supposedly adds 40 kilograms to the vehicle). The trade-off would be the ease of servicability of which only the older type radiators could offer :
