My new car design for Daihatsu: DAIHATSU XENIA SUV series (revolution of XENIA MPV producted from 2003 - now)

This is the first car design I created, which is new from five sides: the DAIHATSU XENIA SUV series for the course I am currently taking and preparation for the final course assessment, as well as for my portfolio to meet the requirements for joining Astra DAIHATSU Motor, along with a course certificate in automotive vehicle design and technical drawing or a degree in automotive design when I am able to study into the college from the beginning ;-)!

transmission: R-MT (Responsive Manual Transmission with a dual clutch for a minimum of jerks when changing the gear)

front suspension: MacPherson Strut with stabiliser to improve stability

rear suspension: 4-link with stabiliser, torsion stability control bar for rear suspension, and independent suspension to improve stability

technology of suspension: Smart Adaptive Variable Suspension with stability improvement (S-AVS2i)

platform to create: DXNSA (DAIHATSU XENIA NEW SUV ARCHITECTURE)

powertrain engine: EURO 4 1.5L VVT-i 3 cylinder with turbo to make it more fuel efficient, and the powertrain is improved

Have you considered torsion bar front suspension? This would provide more engine compartment room, eliminating coil springs

No, this torsion bar suspension only there at rear suspension :blush:
