I have a motor coach that one time stopped running and I could not find the problem. All circuits necessary for starting seemed to be fine and it took a long while (a couple weeks) for me to find the problem. It turned out it was a grounding bar that prevented the ECU from seeing the engine rpm. To protect the 8V92 Detroit Diesel, it would not allow a start condition. Long story short, use a continuity tester to check all ground connections.
