Really shows how important tyres are. Graeme doesn’t have much done engine wise as far as I know, but has semi slicks and coilovers and was only 1 second off an excel cup car, and was faster than a nissan 350 and 2 Porsches.
Gilbert’s swift sport is the stock 1.4lt turbo and with just some semi slicks was faster than an evo.
I was just lucky no N/A 3cyl dai’s had good tyres or I would have been beaten lol. Graeme was fast all day and was only the last round where adam got a better time than him in the end.

Need to hatch a plan. Just last week the clutch LSD gearbox began its rebuild. Half done just the bearing on the input shaft to press off and install new ones. Space to be able to work on it is still the largest issue. Could be a front runner. Would certainly make the effort to do fastest outright as NA.
Had a chat to Katrina last night. Gormsby’s educated guess is that LSP can go an awful lot quicker. Need to look at the spring rates, geometry, tire pressures (were way way high) and bump setting. Not sure I would want to be the driver if the steering is as slow as I expect. But someone young might find 2-3sec.
