Sirion M101 rear sway bar

There are a few different shapes/sizes of Rear Sway Bar.

For the M100/M101 the Copen sized rear sway is too narrow. It fits the Copen and the L700’s.

Rear Sway Bar for M101 Sirion

The Copen will fit a L700 but the M100/M101 is 70 mm wider. You could make some brackets to make it for instead of finding another one.

The one I ended up fitting to my old M1xx Sirion was the Ultra Racing 18mm (AR18-407) which is designed for a Perodua Myvi (likely M300 Sirion too). It was generally the right size, but is not a direct bolt on. The edges were angled too much, ie \__/ like that on the edges instead of more right-angled |__|

But with some persuasion as listed below - it went in ok.

So I used the Easter break to install the Myvi 18mm rear swaybar. With the help of Nicolas (nvergaraa) I used a combo of vise grips (locking pliers), ratchet straps and a drill. If anyone else is doing it, I highly recommend notching / elongating the original sway bar mounting points on the torsion bar slightly.
