Hello all, hoping to lean on the wisdom of you brilliant livetodai members. The Mrs has a J200 Terios that I bought her last year however she’s looking to modify it a bit
It’s a 4x4 model as in the UK we didn’t get the RWD version, she wants to RWD swap it I was wondering are there any other gearboxes I can use? Would a hijet or atrai gearbox work? Do I need to use a differant prop shaft for Rwd?
Also trying to find lowering springs for it but can seemingly only find J100 lowering springs, would these be suitable to use on the J200?

He is on facebook but not on the forum but Justyn Flanders in the facebook group had a rwd terios I have been on track with. I believe he had a k3vet in it. I didnt ask much how he did the rwd conversion but maybe worth shooting him a message. In Australia we only got the awd (4wd) model also. I think he is actually doing a k swap to it now but it has been a minute since we have spoken.

In the netherlands we had the 2wd version. So if you need a box or any other parts, there are some here.
I could help you look for whatever you need if you want.

Thank you Aaron, do you think potentially shipping a prop shaft and gearbox would be possible? Or would the costs involved be far too high do you think?

The shipping cost will probably quite high. Cause the package would be large and heavy. But i’m thinking about a little roadtrip to the UK this summer. Maybe i could bring the stuff that you’ll need.
