What is everyone using for a stereo these days?
Are Kenwood, Sony Pioneer decent enough for dailys or should I splash more cash for something better?
Yeah we all drive hatsus but money is better than ever so time to make it the best
Depends on your goals I suppose? Where i’m from there are plenty of pioneer and kenwoord units with bluetooth for cheap second hand. Im not en expert on audio set ups but for a daily with upgraded speakers it should be good enough
I went with a Sony headunit in a recent Jeep Wrangler install.
Given how mature the industry is, I think they’re somewhat similar for general consumer use. As long as it has the features you want - ie carplay etc. They should all do the job.
Depends on the goals for the car too. If you want good audio, you’re going to need sound deadening etc which adds weight. Which is the opposite of what you want for speed/handling.
