Valves sticks after it cools down cb 60?

I removed the head of my cb 60 cause the valves sticks after it cools down,
and I noticed that some of the valve guides had moved about 3mm upwards
what could cause that and why does the valves keep seizing?

Iā€™m sorry for the late reply but I would say that the valve sticking is a result of galling on the valve stem, probable cause is running the engine low on oil
