Bolt holes are all the same. The bores may be slightly bigger (which of course give more rear power/bias).

It was a while ago that I looked into all of this and should have added more detail when I was looking into it. Anyway, have a look at this for images and see which one looks physically the closest. I did one disk brake rear for myself and then two more. One of them used MX5 calipers when I couldn’t get Appluase calipers. Calipers – MX5 Mania
